There’s a new face in the bottom-right corner of Split Fee. Say hello to Chloë, our AI support assistant. Ask her a question in plain English and she answers on the spot, drawing on how Split Fee works.

You’ll find her behind the purple Chat with Chloë pill on every page once you’re signed in. Open it, type your question, send. That’s the whole process.

What she’s good at

Chloë is built for the quick “how do I…” and “what does this mean…” moments that crop up mid-task: how a feature works, what a status means, or a question about a placement, an invoice, or your account and billing.

The more specific your question, the better her answer. “Why is my match still showing as pending?” gets you further than “help”.

She’s an AI, and we’re not pretending otherwise

Chloë is an assistant, not a person with a headset. That’s precisely what makes her useful: she’s instant, and she’s there around the clock.

Recruitment doesn’t keep office hours. Offers land at 7pm, interviews get rearranged over the weekend, and admin gets done whenever the phone finally stops ringing. Whenever a question comes up, Chloë is already online.
