Split Fee Is Now Open to UK Recruitment Agencies

We’ve opened the doors. Any UK-registered recruitment agency can now create a Split Fee account and start matching straight away. No invite, no waiting for a spot.

When we switched Split Fee on we kept access invite-only while we onboarded the first agencies by hand. That gave us the confidence that the network was real, active, and playing fair. We’ve reached the point where we can open up without losing any of that, so we have.

What’s changed

The only thing that’s different is how you get in. Before, access was invite-only and we brought agencies on in stages. Now you sign up directly and you’re matching the same day.

Everything that made the network worth joining is unchanged. Candidate and client identities stay protected, the commercial terms are agreed before any details change hands, and payments still run end to end.

What you get on day one

  • Automatic matching. Add your candidates and vacancies once and they’re matched against every other agency on the platform by skills, location, salary, and seniority.
  • Anonymised sharing. Names and contact details stay hidden until both agencies accept a match, so you never lose control of a candidate or a client.
  • Terms agreed up front. Fee splits, rebate periods, and payment terms are set before anyone reveals anything. Nothing to renegotiate after the placement.
  • Invoicing and payment handled. When a placement completes and the candidate starts, the invoice and the payout happen for you.

You’re still in good company

Opening up does not mean letting anyone in. Every agency that signs up is checked before its account goes live: we verify the company, run automated due-diligence on public information, and hold anything that needs a closer look. A network is only as good as the agencies in it, and that has not changed.

For you, it means the agencies you match with have been through the same checks you have.
