Split Fee Is Live: Early Access Is Open

Split Fee Team ·

Today we’re switching Split Fee on. The platform is live for UK recruitment agencies, and we’re onboarding the first agencies now.

We’re doing this as a soft launch. Access is invite-only for the moment, and we’re bringing agencies on in stages rather than opening the doors to everyone at once. If you’ve been waiting to collaborate on split placements without the usual friction, now is the time to put your name down.

Why invite-only

A split fee network only works if the agencies in it are real, active, and playing fair. That is the whole point of the model: you share a candidate or a vacancy with another agency and trust that the match, the terms, and the payment will all be handled properly.

So we’re growing the network deliberately. Onboarding a few at a time lets us verify each agency, keep the early community tight, and make sure the matches you see are worth acting on. A smaller network of the right agencies beats a large one full of noise.

What you get on day one

Everything we’ve been building towards is here:

  • Automatic matching. Your candidates and vacancies are matched against every other agency on the platform by skills, location, salary, and seniority. No more posting into a group and hoping.
  • Anonymised sharing. Names and contact details stay hidden until both agencies accept the match, so you can share without losing control of your candidate.
  • Terms agreed up front. Fee splits, rebate tiers, and payment terms are set before any details change hands. Nothing to argue about after the placement.
  • Invoicing and payment handled. When a placement completes, the paperwork and the payout happen automatically.

If you want the detail, read how it works step by step, or see why it pays off for agencies.

How to get in

Request access and we’ll be in touch as the next spots open. It takes a minute, and it puts you in the queue for an invite.

We built Split Fee because the idea of splitting fees is sound and the process was broken. The process is fixed now, and it’s live.

Request access and we’ll get you onboarded.
